Data Deletion

This page explains how to remove data that Open Media INC. (Open Media) holds in crabai — one connected platform account, or your whole account. If you are looking for what we collect and why, that is in the Privacy Policy.

这页讲怎么删：可以只断开某一个已连接的平台账号，也可以删除整个账号。 「我们收集了什么、为什么收」在隐私政策里。

If you signed up yourself, open Settings → Delete account (注销账号), enter your password (and your two-step code if it is on), and confirm. No email to us is needed.

• Deleted at once: your sign-in, stores, connected platform accounts and their access tokens, customer messages and reviews we synced, publishing records, your conversation history, your media library (uploads, generated images, thumbnails) and drafts.
• Deleted by our assistant service right after: the copy of your conversations kept for the assistant, and everything it remembered about you. If that service is briefly unavailable we retry automatically for about six hours; if it still fails, the failure is recorded for our team to finish by hand.
• Platform access: we revoke TikTok access with TikTok. For Facebook, Instagram and Google we do not currently revoke it for you — remove the access in the platform’s settings yourself (see section 3). The confirmation screen lists which ones.
• Not deleted automatically yet: images you generated (in chat, or as post designs) are also stored by our image-generation service. Email us (section 4) and we delete that copy by hand within 30 days.
• Kept: a log of actions taken through your account (what was posted or replied, and from which connected account), detached from your sign-in, so failures and abuse can be investigated. It has no automatic expiry today; ask us by email and we delete it.

自己注册的账号，在 设置 → 注销账号 里输入密码（开了两步验证还要输验证码）确认即可， 不用发邮件。当场删除：登录账号、门店、已连接的平台账号及其令牌、同步来的顾客私信和评价、 发布记录、对话记录、素材库（上传的、生成的图片及缩略图）和草稿。随后由助手服务删除： 助手那边保存的对话副本，以及它记住的关于你的内容；那边暂时连不上时会自动重试约 6 小时， 仍失败会记录下来，由我们的团队人工删完。平台授权：TikTok 的授权我们会向 TikTok 撤销；Facebook、Instagram、Google 目前不会替你撤销，要你到平台里自己移除（见第 3 节）， 注销完成的页面会列出是哪几个。暂时不会自动删除：你生成的图片（对话里生成的、发帖时生成的海报）在生图服务那边还有一份， 发邮件给我们（第 4 节），我们在 30 天内人工删除。会保留：通过你的账号做过的操作记录 （发了什么、回复了什么、用的哪个已连接账号），与登录账号脱钩后保留，用于排查故障和滥用； 目前没有自动到期，发邮件给我们就删。

Open crabai, go to Connections, find the account — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Google Business Profile — and choose Disconnect.

• We delete our copy of the access token immediately, so we can no longer act on that account.
• For TikTok we also revoke the access with TikTok. For Facebook, Instagram and Google we do not currently do that for you: remove the access on the platform — Instagram and Facebook under Settings → Apps and websites → Business apps, Google under Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services, TikTok under Settings → Security → Apps and websites.
• The account’s name and id stay on the disconnected entry, and customer messages already synced stay in your inbox, until you delete your account (section 2) or ask us (section 4).

在 crabai 的 Connections 里找到那个账号（Instagram、Facebook、TikTok 或 Google 商家资料），点 Disconnect。我们会立即删掉令牌，从此不能再替这个账号操作； TikTok 还会向 TikTok 撤销授权，Facebook、Instagram、Google 目前不会替你撤销， 请到平台里自己移除（Instagram / Facebook 在「设置 → 应用和网站 → 商业应用」，Google 在 「Google 账号 → 安全 → 您与第三方应用和服务的关联」，TikTok 在「设置 → 安全 → 应用和网站」）。 断开后账号名和账号 id 仍留在那条已断开的记录上，已同步的顾客私信也还在，直到你注销账号（第 2 节） 或发邮件给我们（第 4 节）。

If you cannot sign in, if your account was set up for you by Open Media, or for anything section 2 leaves behind, email info@openmediaads.com with the subject Data deletion request, from the address you sign in with, and tell us which store and which accounts you mean (or say “everything”). You can also ask your Open Media representative to file it for you.

• We confirm receipt, and we complete the deletion within 30 days, then write back to say it is done.
• What goes: your sign-in account, your conversation history and what the assistant remembered, platform tokens and profile fields, generated images, and the store business data we pulled in on your behalf.
• For accounts set up by Open Media, publishing records — what was posted, when, and from which account — are kept for up to 12 months so failures can be investigated. Say so in your email and we delete those too.
• Posts that were already published to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Google live on those platforms, not in crabai. Deleting your crabai data does not remove them — delete those in the platform’s own app.

登录不了、账号是 Open Media 替你开的、或者要删第 2 节没删到的部分， 用你的登录邮箱发信到 info@openmediaads.com，主题写 Data deletion request， 说明是哪个门店、哪些账号（或者直接说「全部」）。我们会回执，并在30 天内删完再回信确认。删除范围含登录账号、对话记录和助手记住的内容、 平台令牌与账号资料、生成的图片、以及代你拉取的门店经营数据；由 Open Media代开的账号，发布记录默认保留至多 12 个月，在邮件里说明就一并删。 已经发到 Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / Google 上的帖子存在那些平台上、不在 crabai， 删 crabai 的数据不会把它们删掉，要到对应 App 里自己删。

Records we are required to keep — billing and tax records, and security logs needed to investigate abuse — are retained for as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else. Backups roll off on their own schedule and are fully replaced within 90 days.

法律要求留存的记录（账务税务、排查滥用所需的安全日志）会按法定期限保留， 且不作他用；备份按自身周期滚动，90 天内完全覆盖。
