Terms of Service

crabai is an operations workspace provided by Open Media INC. (Open Media) to the merchants it works with. By signing in you agree to these terms.

crabai 是 Open Media INC.（Open Media）为合作商户提供的运营工作台。登录即表示同意本条款。

Accounts are issued by an administrator. There is no self-serve registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for what is done under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been used by someone else.

账号由管理员开通，不提供自助注册。你需妥善保管凭据，并对该账号下发生的操作负责； 怀疑被他人使用请立即告知我们。

Managing the stores you have been granted access to. You may not use crabai to access data for stores that are not yours, to publish content you have no right to publish, or to break the rules of any platform we connect to.

仅用于管理你被授权的门店。不得用它访问不属于你的门店数据、发布你无权发布的内容， 或违反我们所连接平台的规则。

• You connect your own TikTok, Meta or Google accounts through each platform’s own authorisation screen, and you choose the permissions granted.
• We publish only what you have reviewed and confirmed on the posting screen. The assistant drafts; you decide. Nothing goes out on a schedule you did not set.
• We do not add our own watermark, logo or promotional text to your posts. Any wording we suggest is fully editable before it is published.
• You remain the author and are responsible for the content you publish, including that it is accurate, that you hold the rights to any media in it, and that any commercial or paid-partnership relationship is disclosed as the platform requires.
• You can disconnect any account at any time. Disconnecting stops all future publishing to it immediately.

你通过各平台自己的授权页连接账号并选择授权范围；我们只发你在发帖页确认过的内容， 助手负责起草、由你决定；我们不在你的帖子上加任何水印、logo 或推广文案， 建议文案在发布前完全可改；内容的真实性、素材版权、以及商业合作/付费推广的披露由你负责； 你可随时断开连接，断开后立即停止后续发布。

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Publishing also depends on the platforms we send to; when they are unavailable or reject a post, we surface what they said rather than retrying blindly.

我们尽力保持服务可用，但不承诺不中断。发布还取决于目标平台；平台不可用或拒绝时， 我们会把它给出的原因如实呈现，而不是盲目重试。

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Media INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the workspace, including the reach, performance or reception of content you chose to publish.

在法律允许的最大范围内，Open Media INC. 不对使用本工作台产生的间接、附带或后果性损失负责， 包括你选择发布的内容的传播效果与外界反应。

Either side can end the arrangement. We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms or of a connected platform’s rules.

双方均可终止。若账号违反本条款或所连接平台的规则，我们可暂停该账号。

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after it takes effect means you accept the change.

本条款可能更新，顶部生效日期即当前版本；生效后继续使用即表示接受变更。
